Well, got a harness for the instructor, new front pads installed, bleed the brake lines (well, actually Hazman did most of the work , THANKS AGAIN), borrowed an intercooler resevoir from pops(also thanks!), and dusted off the old tent. Can't wait to head up the that state up north!

What is the word on the open track on Friday? Just trying to make some plan on my departure time, so I know when I need to arrive at the track?

+1

I ran out there last Thursday for TnT and they only had a total of 7 cars show up. I would think we could do better than that with this group alone.

The event will have an open track school, a car show, and the "Cobra R Challenge Race" where you will get to see Cobra R's running wheel to wheel in conjunction with the AV8SS. Also, if you enter the car show or track event you may participate in the "parade laps" during lunch for free. This is a controlled atmosphere with speeds not exceeding 55 on the track. You will be in a parade with other club members and participants from the event. On hand will be the Ford Racing trailer with display cars and merchandise for sale. The show trophies will be plaques and some of the most unique type you have probably ever won at any show. I hope many of you will put this event on your calendar for this year. Caravans are coming from Charlotte/Raleigh NC, Boston MA, Wyckoff NJ, Knoxville TN, and Wannamingo MN. If you know you will 100% be attending, please post here!

Hey all,

Work has been kicking my butt, so I apologize on being too slow to get answers back to ya.

From experience, the first thing the track will ask is, how many cars do we think we will have. Please post here if you will run friday if they offer it.

Thnaks, Brian

Is it too late to order shirts? Are they long or short sleeved?

Tom,
I turned in a preliminary shirt list last night. Tony can correct me, but I believe you can still order shirts. (not sure whether they are long ot short sleeved)

I called the track today and left a message to have the manager call me back. Was hoping to hear back tonight, but no luck. I will let you know what I learn when I hear back.

Thanks, Brian

PS: Mike,
#25 is where Tony added you, 31 is where I added you. sorry for the mistake, thats we get when two people are trying to update the registration list.

Are the shirts for the racers only? I'd be interested if they are open to everyone. Is there anything on the back?
1 XL and maybe 1 Sm

AND Lary (tazzracing) I know how to drive Will have to see when everyone is getting in.

I'm still planning on arriving late morning on Friday to setup camp. Depending
on circumstances, I may test & tune Friday, if available. I can lend a hand as
needed, just let me know.
