It's very easy to get to your hotel and 6th from Cedar Park (only about 20 miles).

Those people that want to go to spend the maximum amount of time on 6th Street, they should probably just go check in at the hotel and then hit 6th.

Either choice should be fun, it just depends on what kind of fun you want.

Right, as Matt said. Towards the end of the night, after the Oasis, the group that wants to go hang out in the parking lot in Cedar Park will break off and the rest will go check into the Hotel and hit up 6th street for the nightlife.

As long as you reserve your Room under the club block with a credit card, you can check in as late as you want.

Awesome Darrell, you are added.

Also, there is only 7 rooms left on the reserve list, and they will only be held till monday the 13th. So....if you have not reserved a room, please do so.

Remember, you can always cancel till 6p.m. the night of arrival. So ,if you are not sure you are going, it is better to reserve a room and cancel if you don't go, instead of going without a reservation and not having a room.

Edmond

I'll make a reservation today ... so, where's the itenerary?
I'm trying to decide what time to leave Dallas to make it to the meeting location on time...

Last year, I simply left early Saturday morning.
I intend to do the same this year.

If anyone else from Dallas wishes to share a room, please let me know!

The itinerary is coded into the first thread. But I will put a seperate section to make it more clear.

Itinerary:
Meeting spot, driving route, and activities agenda :

Each City will meet at Austin Saturday morning about 12:30 (Between 12-1)
-the Houston crew will depart from 290 and 1960 between (8:30 and 9) and straight shot to Austin, cruising. Once we get to Austin, we will meet up with other people comming in from different cities at the same HEB (keep an eye on this as its one item still under debate). We will eat a quick lunch as the Austin folks arrive. We plan on departing for the Hill county at 1:15.

The Meeting spot in Austin (for now):
HEB at the corner of HWY 620 and HWY 2222
The Address is:
HEB
7301 Ranch Road 620 N
Austin Tx 78726

There is a few place to eat by HEB. McDonalds, Subway, Pizaa, Starbucks for the coffee junkies (Like me), and a BBQ Place called Smokey J's.

The Cruise:
We will do the hill country cruise, similar to last year, and end up at the Oasis. I believe there is a pit stop beforehand.

We will arrive at the Oasis between 5:30 and 6:00 and organize for a nice dinner.

After the Oasis, we will cruise towards Austin, with a possible pit stop. The group will seperate with one part going to the Parking lot GTG in North Austin and one group will go to the Hotel and Check in, then hit up 6th Street.

Sunday:
Those who don't have to get back to town early can eat breakfast, and come take the scenic route back to Houston or whatever city.

Sunday, checkout is by Noon.
