Stainless Steel Brakelines 99 Cobra HELP!

Well, my dilemna is that I seem to have different sized fittings at the caliper for the driver and passenger sides. I ordered, received and installed Goodridge SS lines from the Tire Rack. I noticed the driver side leaking. The customer service rep believed it may have been a defective line and sent me a second set. I had a shop actually attempt the second set and the first set again. The installer said that there was a difference between the two sides. The passenger side seals great, but the driver side will not seal. According to the Tire Rack techs, there is no difference in the two sides. They believe that someone may have replaced the caliper on the driver side. If so, what could they have replaced it with that would fit, work and have the Cobra logo. At the present time, I have a SS line on the passenger side and OE on driver side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is off of Maximum's website

"NOTE: It has been identified that Ford changed fluid bolt thread pitch in the middle of the 2003 production. Late 2003 Cars through current production, returned to coarse threads, as used in 1995-98 GT models. This complicated the aftermarket hose industry unfortunately, so make sure which thread pitch you have on 2003 models before ordering. The split occurred between July and August production of 2003 models. Call or email our tech department if you have questions as to which bolts you "

you might want to make sure they are not sending you the coarse threads

Thanks for the assistance. I will check with the tire rack to see which thread pitch they are sending. And if I can get off work a little early I will take close up pictures of both sides.
