What to do after pruchase?
Ok Guys,
as some of you know i don't own a terminater yet...but would hopefully have one soon. OK....I was just wondering what are some things that will be needed to be done for more reliabilty? You know to make it stronger since it will be getting hammered, hehe Also...I have been thinking about getting an LS1 F-body ![]() Anyways..I know the esential bolt-on's needs are pulleys,CAI,exhaust(whats a good combo?I like a good deep american muscle sound...not to quite..but not nasty loud)..Heat Transfer Tank? Dyno Tuned, throttle body? Rear bushings, diff. brace, springs, and shocks. Am I missing anything? W/ the above added what kinda performance am i looking to get? Can i basically have a pretty badazz street car? I will also wanna run the tracks on weekend evenings. Also what does a (h)eaton port job run? And how hard is it to un-asseble,assemble once its ready to be shipped of and then installed? Also what the price tag for this mod? Thanks Guys...great site w/ tons of great info... Joe

I have the flowmaster american thunder catback and a bbk x pipe with high flow cats. I really like the sound. I'm going to do the port and it will cost $500- $700 depending on if you only get the supercharger ported or if you get the inlet plenum ported also. Apten and stiegmeier do the ports. There is an instrucyion attachment on the stieg website. It says it takes about 2-3 hours I think. Probably not as easy as it says but many do it themselves.

The first thing that I did after getting my Cobra was to enjoy it for the car it is. Then I start to change it
