Another from Houston!

Hi all! I just bought a 96 Cobra... Really dont know too much about it, it was nice looking and its a convertable, so I got it.... I should be picking it up Monday, maybe.. They are putting a new fuel injector in it... Anyways.. I work at the Starbucks Willowbrook location and always wondered what the deal with the Mustangs was! I have a few questions about the car... If anyone can help I would appriciate it!!

1) I think its a 95, but its tail lights are the tri lights in the up and down fashion.. Thats a 95 model right? ( I didnt look at the model year, I loved the car!)
2) It says its a GT on the back and the sides, I read up and said that that model didnt have the Cobra logo on it, but the engine says Cobra, and the door jam ID says its a GTC.. Cobra?

Lisa,

It sounds like your car is a GT, just pplug the VIN in google and hit the car fax link and it will tell you if it is a Cobra or a GT. It sounds like your car is a Mustang GT because all SVT Cobras have snakes on the side fenders and not GT badges. Welcome to our BB!
