which battery for an 03??

I have an 03 Cobra and beleive it or not the original battery still works,,,in Floridas heat none the less,

But I want to change it, so I the battery store said a 58 series or 59 would work, the one that came in the car is a 59 but all they had at the time was a 58 so i bought it,

well the negative terminal seems too small, I tightened it all the way, the clamp was totaly closed but was still slightly loose on the post,,,,whats the deal???

I "third" the optima red top replacement. I've got one in mine, with a custom bracket/hold down. I've had no problems.
