strange dyno readings
just bought my 03 sonic and thought that i would have her dynoed. i took it to fast enough performance as they came recommended. i don't know what modifications have been done other than full bassini( headers, catted x, cat back) and a new k&n filter charger. he seemed to have difficulty setting the dyno up but i have no experience with them. the torque numbers were around 455 but the hp showed 345. can this be correct. it sure feels alot stronger than my 03 mach or 01 cobra. i didn't think that there would be that huge diff. between hp and torque. please advise.

#s are not right for your mods..a stock 03/04 Cobra will make 370-390..we have seen that range...what kind of dyno do they use?

Yeah, you should be 400+hp with your mods. I actually had an 04 in the other day at my shop, BONE stock with a K&N, and 18k miles that put down 407rwhp, 399rwtq. And, this is on a stock computer running 91 octane. Also with a safe A/F (10.5-11:0) and on a Dynojet.
-How was your A/F ratio? -What dyno was used? (I know it wasn't a DynoJet.... ![]() -What gear was dynorun done in? I agree with Linn, I don't think either of those #'s are accurate at ALL ![]()
