Car Is Done-many Thanks
After a really late night/early morning(4am) the car is done. I cannot thank Dan and Rob of Pro-Dyno enough. 528rwhp/534rwtq on motor,
606rwhp/624rwtq on 75hp wet NOS system. Dan and Rob went the extra mile as always, and made sure the car was safe and would repeat the numbers, not just peak. I have been turning wrenches professionally for over 15yrs and know the meaning of good customer service and these guys have it. I have done bussiness with Kenne Bell, and was not happy with the service after the sale. I then started doing bussiness with Jake Lamotta at Lamotta Performance just outside of Orlando, great guys, but 6hr drive. I then met Dan and Rob last year and have been with them ever since. There are alot of Fly-by-Nights out there, and then there are Tuners. The best advice I can give to anyone looking into modifiying their Terminator is to spend the money wisely in parts that work, and most importantly find a tuner who can safely and repeatedly get the most out of a car. 500hp is no good if the car will only do it once!! Thanks goes out to Tony also. For an awesome club and website where us gearheads and carnuts can hang out, share ideas and opinions, and generally shoot the breeze. Mark and Jesse at Lightning Force Performance also deserve Kudos!! These two guys have always taken care of me, and their prices and service are unmatched by anyone!! |

Nice numbers. How does the nitrous work? Does it automatically kick in at full throttle or do you have to press a button. I don't know anyone that uses it. Also, if you could please list your other mods.

Big T, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, night time is the only time I have to get on this thing. Anyway, to answer you questions, the nitrous system is the NOS brand wet plate system made for the 03-04 cobras. It's a really nice system, with brackets and lines specifically made for our cars. It comes in the box with a micro switch for activation, I went a step further and use an MSD window switch to control what RPM the nitrous comes in. Here is the other mods on the car, fairly simple, nothing really exotic:
Steigemeier Stage 4 ported blower Accufab billet throttle body and plenum 2.75 upper pulley 2lb lower pulley 16lbs total boost Siemens Deka/Mototron 60lb injectors w/ harnesses 3 1/2 Gallon custom intercooler reservoir SCT 4-bank switch chip tuned by PRO-DYNO MotoBlue billet idlers with auxillary idler kit NOS wet plate system for 03-04 Cobra There are other things, but they are just suspension and looks, nothing to do with the power of the engine. Thanks for the interest. Dan, I know what you mean about catching up on sleep!!! I got around 5:30am, showered, got some coffee and went to work. By 2pm I was dead!!! Felt as if I had been drinking tequilla all night!LOL! I'm getting to old for this!! |

That's a unique set of mods. Thanks for the reply. It's nice to see different options to reach the 600rwhp range besides the whipple or kenne bell.
