You need to make a user ID/Account Fill in My Profile, My Vehicles and Experience / Club Comments...

You should see this when you are done:

Your status is Pending...
Payment confirmation by
event Registrar.

Then we wait?

The Hebe is registered for this event as well as hotel.
Perhaps Stan will give me a ride in his new truck.
I wonder if all of Hebe's secret improvements will allow him to get around Stan on the track?
