Its a personal preference, but the front end about 1/4" lower looks pretty mean. Dropping the back 1'5" inches and the front 1.6-1.7" looks like this.

The 99's and 01 come taller than the 03-04's. So a 1'5" drop on a 03 looks like this...

I have Bilstein struts\shocks with Maximum Motorsport coil-overs in the front and H&R race springs in the back.

If you are not wanting the handling and other advantages, and expense of coil-overs, then I would go with H&R's sport or race.

Here are the specs and info
http://www.maximummotorsports.com/st...ath=22_107_258

I am not a big fan of bbk or eibach.

I thought I would add my 0.02. I've used both Eibach and H&R's and liked the H&R's much better. In my opinion the ride quality was much better, the handling was better, and they didn't feel mushy like the Eibach's did. The Eibach's felt liked they sagged after a couple of years, where the H&R's didn't. Now this was on two different cars, and niether of them being Cobra's. But the H&R's were on my '95 V6 Mustang, and the Eibach's were on my '94 GT. But I know if I was to use springs again I would go with the H&R's.

Just my opinion.

H&R Race springs will give you the drop you are looking for...1.5"F and 1.7"R is what we've seen...something comparable is the Eibach Pro-Kit, which we've had good results with as well
