Internet out of commision

Well, I am going to be out of internet for who knows how long. We have been fighting Time Warner Cable for the last six months to provide a service that wont keep going out. So, after having the dummies out on thursday to service the cable, friday morning I awoke to nothing running. I called, they said they would be out that day(friday). So, they never came, and when I called at 8pm, they said they were scheduled to come out on saturday. Well, that is not what the customer service told me. I had to work on saturday(today). I told them I would not be there, but they came out anyways. Guess what? I wasn't there. The idiots. So, I am searching for a cable alternative, and internet alternative.

I am at the public library now, so I will still have access to the internet, just not all the time.

Call me on my cell if you need to talk to me. If you don't know it, find someone that does

Sorry to hear that I have had nothing but great service from TWC...I'am lucky if mine ever does go out my Apt. complex has a computer room..so that would hold me over till then..

Hope you find one soon..if not I guess there is always DIAL-UP

Good luck, hopefully you'll find something that works. We've had several similar problems over the past couple of years with them and it has been very annoying at times. Our only alternative is dsl and we have the "high speed" version at work and at times it's not any better than dialup so we've stayed with RR.
