Dodge Chargers don’t have a chance
My stepson and I were out cursing when this Dodge Charger SRT8 flips a U turn and comes up behind us. He must have been looking at the Cobra on the back of the car and wanting a kill. He follows us for about 4 blocks before passing us. We both had to stop at the last light in town before heading out of town on a 4 lane road. We took of from the light at normal acceleration and about 35 MPH he made the first move. Well I ran it to about 80 MPH and walk away from him with out any problems. I back down to the speed limit and the Charger wants some more. So we go for it again. Again no problem. I back it down to the speed limit and he still wants to get bite by the Cobra again, but this time he takes a running start at us. I drop to 3 rd gear and it only takes a moment for the Dodge to be looking at my tail lights. I let off the throttle but the Charger still wants more, but this time from about 75 MPH so I oblige him and run it to 110 MPH and leave him looking at my tail lights again. We are about 10 miles out of town and I proved he was no match for this Cobra. Some people just don’t learn after the first or second try. I wonder if he thought his car would be faster after each try. I slow down looking for a place to turn around when the Charger cruses past. I turn around and noticed that I have been running the AC the whole time we were racing. Got to love a sports car with AC. There were two people in the Cobra and only the driver in the Charger.

Myself and Playtme had one try and play with us he had NO chance to take either one of the Cobras. I think it takes a while for them to realize, yes my car is that slow. Nice kill. My favorite is the imports that think they are fast, I have a friend with an Evo and he don't have a chance either.

Nice kill and always good to let the competition have some clue as to where they stand. Looks like the Charger owner was looking for an easy kill, and got it several times in a row.
