Just wondering what experience any of you have in the difference between the dynojet numbers and the numbers a real-world "mustang dyno" produces. I've had my car tuned on both and the mustang dyno produces a more realistic number on rear-wheel horsepower. Actually around 82% of the dynojet numbers.

Dyno-Jet is the industry standard dyno that is why NASCAR uses it, there is no vehicle info that is used to get the numbers. Mustang Dyno's need info put in the system to give you a number. There is no nob that is used in some cases to see higher numbers. Dyno-Jet is what it is , there is no altering the numbers. It used the weight if the drum vs how fast you accelerate that drum. Besides numbers are just that "NUMBERS". Dyno's are tools, the object is to use that tool to maximize the abilities of your engines combination when tuning.
