Cobra Lettering Insert Vendor?

I've got a '96 Cobra and I'm looking to put a black insert into the Cobra lettering in the back. Does anyone have a suggestion for a vendor. Also, do you know if these can eventually be removed or will the paint come off if they are taken off?
