99 cobra 4.6L SVT ECM question

I've got a 99 cobra 4.6L SVT that I had to replace the ECM. I got an extra one from a 2001 4.6L SVT cobra that's in good shape. How do I go about getting the original 99 cobra SVT stock program settings for this ECM without having to go to the dealer? Is that possible to do with a SCT LiveWire 9600? Any suggestions please

you can have a tuner retune the ecm or throw a calibration from stock ecm on it, either way you will have to goto a tuner and have them disable pats, or take it to the dealer so they can sync up the vin #'s from the body module and ecm stuff
