I need ideas on how to keep mice from getting in my car. I currently keep it in a garage but if need be I could keep it outside if it would help.

Thanks

moth balls, but the will make the car stink. i live right next door to a field and i put IRISH SPRING SOAP inside the car and moth balls on the frame. i also put steel wool in my exhaust pipe's and cover it with duck tape . so far so good going on 3 years.

Thanks Mr. p. I also live in the country. I had some mothballs scattered on the floor of the garage and there was no sign of the critters for about 3 weeks. I'm going to get more and concentrate them more on the immediate area around and under the car. Do you ever freshen them up? How long are they good for? Thanks
