Don't feel bad, I missed 4 for 80% but I was still at the highest average. The best state average was 80.4 so we're in the top percentile.

I missed 1 and its kind of a tricky question...

19. In bad weather, you should make your car easier for others to see by:

A. Turning on your headlights
B. Turning on your emergency flashers
C. Turning on your parking lights
D. Flash your high beams

I answered "B"... If its REALLY raining hard I love when people put on their flashers as its about the only thing you can see ahead of you... If its not a rule it should be.

Well, I thought a couple of them were tricky and could have gone either way but I guess I missed them.. They gave you the answers in red if you went back over the questions.

The problem with putting your flashers on is that it is confusing to drivers when you can barely see. There have been several fatal accidents when people driving in very bad weather decided to "follow" the flashers in front of them and ended up colliding with a vehicle that was actually pulled off on the side of the road using its flashers correctly.
