Doesn't look "better" to me...ouch. If I were them, I'd be more concerned about safety (i.e. full cage, HANS, etc) and not worried so much about looks. Wow...that was a horrific wreck.

Well, looking into the crash, it appears there was a 4-point bolt-in rollbar...but without sufficient floorboard suttrengthening....anyone who has drilled holes into the floor board knows that it's like a hot knife through butter.

But I cannot figure out how those guys weren't hurt...they must not have been strapped to the rollbar otherwise their spines would have been crushed...

It was a cosmetic roll bar (2 point). You can see the feet sticking out of the bottom of the car.

One of the posts explained that they were strapped to the harness bar and when the roll bar when down it took them with it (breaking the seat in the process). Very lucky to have walked away from that.
