Much better
Well, the only difference is the bbk cai(instead of just the fender piece with a filter), sea foamed, new fuel filter, new non plat ngk's and cleaned the maf.
My launches were around 2800 each time. I spun the first pass for the 60ft and shifted at 6k in first. 60ft. 2.283 330ft 6.403 1/8 9.529 mph 79.79 1/4 14.310 mph 103.44 2nd pass held 3rd till 7k(crossed the beams and it hit the limiter) 60ft 2.127 330ft 5.886 1/8 8.946 mph 81.18 1/4 13.686 mph 103.84 3rd pass i shifted to 4th at 6800.. should have held 3rd again 60ft 2.051 330ft 5.793 1/8 8.862 mph 81.02 1/4 13.626 mph 103.02 Much better than a week ago. The car is still running rich. Need to finish the bolt ons and get it tuned.

Very good, I still see low 13's with that trap speed.

So do I! Gotta get this thing leaned out alittle too. Might be changing the gearsbto some 4.10's. Goal is 12.x's all motor with jus bolt ons. Should be easy. After the finish the bolt ons and some suspension work. Wanna try to do it on the 245 street tire that is on it now too.

I have the same issue when passing the beams, maxing out 3rd gear. All of my runs were with stock components (including the shifter). I have made some changes but did not run last two years (waiting to rebuild the rear end) before I run again. Now I have the parts, and will soon have my project completed. Moving from 3.55 to 3.73 gears as well as replacing the differential.
The 4.10 may improve your ET's if you do not spin too much at launch and perhaps get you into 4th gear before the traps. I know my car is different in many respects but with the sloppy stock shifter and street tires I averaged mid 12's once I got familiar with running down the 1320. If you made some changes to the intake, spark plugs etc... and if you have not erased the EEPROM you may be using old load tables and timing curves for the previous induction system used. Once the ECU has completed filling up the load tables (relating to A/F ratios and timing curves) it will no longer update the operating parameters. Even if you had a tune for your car, the ECU should still perform a relearn process based on sensor data to rebuild the load tables and A/F corrections with the new components after the EEPORM is erased. With that in mind, I am uncertain as to what happens to the stored EEPROM data when you load a custom tune into the ECU. I have recently reprogrammed my 04 to see if there was a noticeable difference to the factory tune but did not erase the EEPROM memory. I may try that to see what will happen, especially after changing the gears.

4.30's seem to be a good gear for these cobras. The shifter is sloppy, especially from 2nd to 3rd for me. I'm going to go with a sctx3! Local shop here qouted me dyno tune and tuner for 450! I want to finish my bolt ons before i get tuned!

I went with an MGW shifter on the T56. Best mod I ever made. I never realized how much play there was with the stock shifter. With the stock shifter, I have already went from 3rd to 2nd gear just before the traps and nearly popped the rear end into small flying parts. The sudden chirp from the tires made me realized the error and immediately pulled the shifter into neutral and rolled through the traps at 86 mph but having a 1/4 ET of 12.9. At least I did not damage anything from that.
I am sure there are many aftermarket shifters for your car that would improve shifting performance.
