It sounds like you have a bad bearing on your SC. If you do not know how to rebuild a SC, I would send it off for bearing replacement. I'm not sure if Pro-Dyno does that but I think they do?

It could be caused by a pressurized SC gear case if it is not the bearings.

I had a similar issue at around 35k miles. At idle the supercharger sounded sick and was moaning when the engine was warm. I thought the bypass valve was stuck, or the bearings were shot. Before I invested time removing the SC I checked the bypass valve by removal of the rear intake plenum.

I removed the oil fill plug on the front of the SC and discovered the gear case was pressurized. Some oil sprayed out but I was prepared with a towl to catch any fluids. Affter depressurizing the SC gear case I closed it back up and the noise went away. The noise has not come back since.

I would not doubt that my SC is due for an overhaul but so far it has not made any abnormal noises in the past 20k miles.
