Talking Bottle times

the best is in the sig. I borrowed a friend's ET Streets since running a 150 shot on my DR's would be a futile attempt. I made 5 runs, all were 12 teens and 12 Twenty range while I got used to running the bottle. I think my 4.30's are limiting me as I was having to shift to 4th. I'm thinking a step down to 4.10s would be helpful. Oh yeah, the MSD window switch is a godsend!

Talking

You are almost in the 11's. You know what that means don't you? You can put a hurtin on the chili pepper and the banana.

man, I would love 11's with my current combo, but I think I would be well pushing the limits of my motor. 102,000 miles and I just started using nitrous I'm saving up for a good daily driver (aiming for a Accord or Civic. It's gotta have a/c, gas milage and a 5-speed ) then once I have that, the rebuild begins of my Cobra's motor. After that I'll save up to drive to the other side of the country to bang some gears with everyone

Just come to NE in the Fall, we'll all be there. That's about as close as I'll get to the west coast. Meet me part of the way....

To put a hurtin' on the chili pepper or the banana, it's gotta be able to turn REAL well.

Poisoned - What kind of time and mph were you pulling? I don't see your sig.

I recently added some happy gas to my 99 GT but don't have the luxury of slicks yet. On street tires and only spraying from the point I hit second gear, I was hitting 110mph but a lousy ET of 13.12. I was curious what kind of mph you had to try and base what I should be running.

I really should check back here more often *bookmarks the page* As you can tell from my sig, T45's suck ass :cussing:

when i made this post I had ran a best of 12.11@115.47mph with a 2.04 60' on an old set of ET Streets. I was spraying as soon as I hooked in 1st. 2 weeks later while trying to improve, the 5th T45 to reside in my car blew. 2nd gear is gone, same with 4th. I've kinda layed off using the bottle since then. I have a track date coming up so I'll test some new ideas there. Plus my brother has a friend with a '97 GT that wants to buy a NOS kit for cheap. I might sell him mine and switch to NX's wet kit.
