Anyone know what this is ?

I found this inside my new 03 Cobra and I haven't got a clue as to what it is. looks like some sort of inspection buyoff for the car. Since I don't know what a build sheet looks like, I thought I would ask you good folks. Any help ?

Yes, that's what it is I believe as well. Think I found something like that in either my Cobra or the SVO.

It looks like the build sheet Larry found in our GT. He found a source to decode ours. I will have him check take a look at this thread next time he is home and have him let you know how he had is decoded.

Looks like an inspection check list. Definitely not a build sheet. Check with The Third Generation News & Beyond National Registry, E-mail: thrdgenreg@aol.com
They were quite helpful in documenting my GT convertible and decifering the build sheet.
