engine break in period

I have heard mixed reviews about breaking in the engine on the cobra's. Some say break em in like you will drive them and others say take it easy for the first 1,000 miles. If you should take it easy let me know how easy. Mabye I can get some good advise from you all. Thanks in advance!

unfortunatly there's probably as many answers to this as there are people.

however, here's mine. i don't drive easy or aggressive the first 1000 miles. rather, i vary the revs from high to low and don't hold a consistant level of revs for very long.

Exactly what Randy at True Blue said but he says 500 miles then retune then 1500 miles and retune...BUT that is with a car with a SCer.
