ok, in my ford ignorance, i submit this question...

what qualifies one for the A plan, X plan, or D plan from ford? i know one you have to be an employee on, but i've heard of some folks picking up 03's on the A and D plans...

this ain't fer me, i think someone's selling a certain miata....

There is a club you can join, some aeronautical club, that gets you an x-plan PIN. I found the info on the www.ford-diesel.com forum when I was shopping for a truck last year. You may be able to do a search there and find the info. It costs like $40 to join the club and can save you thousands. With x-plan, you get like 1.??% below dealer invoice.

nah, i don't think brian could handle the power of the miata....lmao

nah, dad's once again on the "i need a cobra" line of thought. he drove a couple in atlanta over the weekend, and he's got a bad case of the wants. bad thing, market bites right now on vehicles, so his trade in value isn't worth a damn even tho it's in perfect condition with the add ons. best offer from a dealer on trade right now is 13,9. one of the dealerships he talked to called him back today and offered 15, but that's roughly 4 less than he needs.
there's a dealership in nashville that's offering the cobras at A/X/D plans, and i was curious how you qualify for that.
