New Engine

Well, I disassembled my brand new block (347 ci) the other day and it spun the back two main bearings. I had less than 200 miles on it too. Anyway, I talked to the people where I bought it (CHP) and they are sending me a new one and I just have to pay shipping. I asked them about upgrading while I had it out and we agreed on a stroked 351 (427) So, the little 2000lb car is going to have a few more ponies! Hopefully I'll have it back on the road by the end of next week.

Cool.... didn't you say you were bringing it to drag day? I'd like to see what it will do!

If I can get it on the road and broke in a little, I would like to see if what it can do. If I can get traction?

wish i can stroke my engine to 427 ci, but in cali, we got those stupid emissions law.
