Question Recall information on the 2003??????

I am just about to purchase a brand new 2003 Cobra Convertible and if there are any problems with this model or year and want to hear about it now.

Please tell me about any rumors about the recalls that I have heard about....

I have HEARD of heat problems on the exhaust valves. I have HEARD of rear and problems. What I am saying is, you won't really know until you hear from FORD. Hope this helps.

P.S. If I had the money I would get one!

There are no recalls. There is 2 TSB for driveline vibration (corrected by driveshaft replacment on 1st run cobras) and one for pulling to the right (alignment required)

There might be other obscure issues, but what car doesn't?

I think the vibration issue is more the luck of the draw on the specific car you get.
The largest issue that I am aware of is the car stalls when comming to a stop occasionally. It is thought to be a software problem, but the early and late ones are doing it. Probly not a big deal though.
