The 2004 GT40 is nearly a carbon copy of the mid-engine GT40 racers of the 1960s. The introduction of this two-passenger, $100,000-plus sports car will coincide with Ford's 100th anniversary in June 2003. The supercharged 5.4-liter V-8 will deliver about 500 hp and 500 pounds-feet of torque.
