Road Atlanta

Memorial Day weekend at Road Atlanta. Anyone planning to go. If so, sign up with Panoz Racing School for their track days.

Will this have any link to SCMC? It's in the upcoming events section, with details coming later. When is later?

Well after having such great luck there last year and the $500 price tag for two days, I don't think I'm going to participate this year! Now if NASA or SCMC was doing it and having in car instruction and it was priced reasonably I would go!

I'm considering going down for one day, probably the Saturday of that weekend. I'm anxious to see if they have renamed corners or walls after specific SCMC members who tried to repaint them.

Yes, the price is higher than most, but the track is a challenge and Atlanta area's fun.

Dave,

The only details we will add will be the URL, cost, and who to contact. We can certainly throw it out to everyone and I'm sure others will go with you to Road Atlanta.

i've gotta agree (yikes!) with greg on this. not very cost effective on tracktime for the money. although it is a fun track.

i'll be running nashville superspeedway that weekend, and the one before...(two weekends in a row for less than 2 days at RA... )
