My wife had one on her 89lx and the quality sucked, lots and lots of prep time and still was a little wavey. Get a Cervini's their wave free and fit very well. I speak from experience with both.

By the way this was several years ago, may be better now, but i still would go with a Cervini hood.

If you do a search over at the Corral, Stang Net or SVT Performance, I think you will get only one answer...stay very far away from them. Cervini's is a much better choice. Good luck.

Cervini's all the way! Mine took almost no prep time and there is not one single wave or inperfection of any kind with it!

Tag! Yah I had a few threads pointed out to me on Corral and Stangnet... there's no way I'd consider it now after reading those!

Thanx!

From everything I hear CC is totally garbage. Tons of prep time, hoods not matching up with the body, etc.

I bought a Cervinis from my local Ford dealer and it's great. The guy that did the work said it was the best hood he's worked on...very little prep time and it bolted up and lined up on the first try.
