Question INDY meet ?? Feb. 8th ?

Several of us have plans to go down to KB (Kenny Brown Performance
Gasoline Alley
Indianapolis, IN)

on 2/8 -- maybe we could meet for lunch in the afternoon?

The exact date is still tentative -
Kerry and his wife will be there on the 7th and the 8th..

Dave D. may meet up with us as well --

let us know if you'd like to meet up somewhere - so far, its at Kenny Brown at Gasoline Alley in Indy ....

It will be nice to be with our Cobra loving friends again!

I sent you a email before I new of this. sorry: lol

I have been to down indy many times and have found a place or too to eat.

Like I said there is some racing going on at the RCA dome Sat. 8 and that where I hope to be. Noting is set in stone though. If you go to Indy and plan and staying the night get on www.priceline.com and get a room down town. You can save some money on priceline.com I have used every time I have been to Indy and was staying the night. Kerry

When you get there, ask them when they are going to have their roll bar for the 99+ convertibles ready.

Re: indy

There is an event taking place on the evening of the 8th -
at 6:00.

Indoor Go-Karting !!

So far,
we have Dean and Annette
Tim, Tom and I

it will be located here:

http://www.fastimesindoorkarting.com

This is a two level indoor track - it looks awesome.
$18.00 for 18 laps

They have arranged dinner following this at AppleBee's

we could meet up in Indy early afternoon and then take it from there....

Either all of us meet for lunch somewhere first --
and then the gok art event.......

or, we could do the go kart event and then dinner afterward...

were open to any suggestions...

Count Cheryl and I in Bonny. Let me know what time we're meeting. That's at Kenny Brown right? I want to check out some seats there anyway.

Our vote is for carting then Applebee's but however it turns out is fine. :

Glen -

KB said that they will make a roll bar for a vert if they get 15 or more people who would be willing to commit to buying one.

They said the top cannot come up on theirs because of where the bar needs to be for "collision" safety...

that makes sense to me....

But they would be willing to make one if the interest is enough to warranty it... They are a very small company unlike Steeda and Saleen - they'd have to have some commitments...

let me know what you think .... If they decide to do so, it wouldn't hurt to call them and tell them your concerns ....

Tim, Bonny here is my email millerk@bright.net

The cart racing sounds fun.

I do know that Tina and I are going to the races at the dome sat. night. Races start at 7:00 or 7:30 and they have like 4 or 5 classes racing. www.autoracingindoors.com if anyone want to check it out.

Do you have to have reservations for the go cart racing or can you just show up and do it ?

Bonny, it does sound like a blast. We'll have to have Dean give us some pointers! I believe he's been once or twice from what I've heard.

Now we need to get Dave D. to come also.

Looking forward to seeing all you guys and gals again, it's been a while.
