clicking sound during braking

yo, i've had my 03 kobra for about 5000 miles now, and with about 4000 miles on it, i started to get a "tik tik tik" -ing sound evertime i braked below 20 mph (when the front end went down from braking). The dealer "fixed" it saying they tweaked the suspension.

also, anyone else have a problem with the car pulling to the right, and did anyone else have a slightly missaligned hood?
