Well, every car is different, but i'll try to help. I'd skip the water box. Just drive around it and dump the clutch in 1st gear, spinning almost all the way up to the line. Spin your tires enough to clean them off, not to heat them up. Street tires get slippery when they are hot, so just clean them off. I see you've got 4.10's so too hard of a launch will probably just spin the tires. I drive a little different than most people, but this stuff seems to work for me. I'd slip the clutch right at 3000 rpms. Don't dump it there, just slip it. I like to keep the rpms up on these cars. Slip the clutch all the way outta the hole, and then roll into the throttle. Don't just mash it. If you roll into it, power will be applied more gently to the tires and your chances of a good run will increase. I'm sure someone will say not to launch that high, but this is how I do it, and it works for me. Also, with the 4.10's, power shifting second probably will just spin the tires. Shift as quick as possible on the 1-2 shift, but don't power shift it. I'd power shift the dog he!! outta the 2-3 shift though. Honestly, the best way to do this is just practice. These cars have potential to get outta the hole very well, just have to keep the rpms up, and the tire from smoking. Good luck.
