New '03 Owner

Picked up a DSG Cobra this afternoon after work. I'll miss the L but this car has some SERIOUS POTENTIAL!

Whats your impression of the power compared to the Lightning?

The L (when chipped and pulleyed) was a BEAST from a stop or slow roll. The Cobra (in my 14 mile drive home, half was stop and go on the interstate) is VERY SMOOTH in power delivery. I still gotta get used to the shifter but I am very impressed with the car so far. I really like the seats over my old '99. That was about the extent of my break-in since it started raining.
