Pulley/Chip question

Say I was running a lower pulley, and performance chip of some sort, on a set of DR's... Where would this put me in comparison to say a lightly modded LS1?

A 6 Lb pulley, with a chip will give you around 440-460rwhp. Drag radials will help with the traction.

Anyone have a recommendation on what pulleys/setup would be best to do? I'm probably not going to do pulleys/chip until end-of-summer, but would like to start thinking about it.

To date, only mods have been Magnaflow X-pipe w/ cats and catback. Mid-may I'll be putting on a cold air kit (looking at Densecharger or Kenne Bell right now) and a TB (probably the BBK twin 65mm but MAYBE the Billetflow or Accufab.)

I WILL be doing pulleys and chip, but after the above mods are done. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Any '03 Cobra/lightning shop can get you a Diablo chip/pulley setup. Amazon Racing, Modular Madness, South Florida Pulley, Pulley boys, etc. You can look out for group purchases on 03 Cobra websites too, i.e., SVTPerformance.com, ModularFords.com, or Modular Madness all has special '03 forums with GP's going on at times.
