Thumbs up

I am a new member here in Knoxville and would like to meet some other local SCMC members. Count me in. I have a 97 Cobra vert. Mods K&N and a Diablo chip. I plan to pull the chip so I can baseline before starting any mods . Either weekend would work for me. Location?

Talking

Jeff,

We need to know all of the information on this dyno day? We have more members in TN then you probably know so if you give me details then I'll send it out to the club. We can also post it on the front of the website.

Thanks,

Tony

Tony, here is as much info as I can provide. If anyone has specific questions or wants a local contact my email address is jmiller74@earthlink.net Based on input from those already going, the date is going to be May 31st. The location is going to be Air Cooled Classics. ACC is located on Lexington Drive. Take the Lovell Rd. Exit off I-40. If you are on 40 west, exit Lovell Rd. make a right turn at the end of the ramp, take the next right (there is a closed down gas station there) and proceed down Lexington, stay on that road until you see the shop on the right. You will see an enclosed race car trailer sitting near the road. Once you are on Lexington, you can't miss the shop. Best place to park is in the parking lot that borders ACC on the west side. They have a dynojet dyno with wideband O2. The cost is going to be $45 (if we get enough cars, otherwise it will be $50) for 3 pulls. The guy who is coordinating all this is Don Peruski his email address is djperuski@comcast.net if you want to have your car dynoed, please send him an email. He is maintaining the "official" list of who is going to be pulling. Exact start time isn't set in stone yet, but will most likely be 10 AM. If you need to come later, that can be accomodated as well. Shop closes at 4pm.

Just bringing this back to the top and letting those already signed up know it looks like we will be getting the lower price Still have room for a few more.

If anyone gets lost, the number for the shop is 777-dyno let it ring as it might be hard to hear over cars and may take a minute for someone to answer.
