When are CC plates needed?
I bought my '97 Vert with Eibach Pro springs already installed. I'm not getting any uneven tire wear yet. The Eibachs should have lowered the car about 1.25". When and why might I need CC plates? I haven't taken the car in for an alignment. Do the Eibachs change the alignment specs?

CC plates can be needed for a couple reasons.
1, When a car is lowered and acceptable alignment settings can't be achieved, CC plates allow for a greater range of adjustment. 2, When coilovers are are used, CC plates allow greater support to the shock towers along with the benefits gain above. Due to manufacturing tollerences and your desired settings, you may or may not need CC plates. Brian
