Warning: Stay Away From Cerra Racing

I purchased my Bassani Cat-Back Exhaust, Bassani X-Pipe, Bassani Mid-Length Headers from Cerra Racing (www.cerraracing.com). I received the Cat-Back and X-Pipe but the Headers were on back-order. OK, I waited a couple of weeks and still on back-order so I cancelled the order. Almost 2 months later and no credit on my credit card. I am finally going through my bank to get the credit.

With the experience I had with Cerra Racing, I would avoid them!!! They seem to not care about customer service, only selling and getting PAID.

If you spent the time calling Mike Cerra like he asked you to instead of bashing him and giving out false information you might have realized that this was solved. That of course would be the respectable thing to do and wouldn't be as fun though. Your credibility is obviously hurt around here and other forums based on the responses you are getting so keep that in mind. In this case Mike was doing you a favor in the first place by giving you these at a discounted price. He didn't cause the backorder. He also told you they were backordered. When you finally decided to cancel it, Mike didn't give you a hard time about it, he just refunded your credit card. If it didn't show up right away, talk to you credit card company. Mike has documentation of when this was refunded so keep that in mind if you want it posted regarding your credibility. Besides, two months and two weeks are totally different things.
