Race a SLP prepped Camaro Last night with NOS

What a night...it was perfect weather for racing

A friend of mine has a 98 LS1 SS Camaro all tricked out with lots of goodies, for sometime now we have be anxious to race one another. So we got together last night around midnight to settle the score..SVT vs SS Camaro. Lots of people showed up to see the out come. The SS dynoed 364 RWHP on the motor and he put a 125 shot on top. He figured he had enough for me, so we lined it up. We raced off a set of lights north of the city, we came out together neck in neck in 1st gear, shifting into 2nd I got a lot of wheel spin which set me back 1/2 a car, I nailed 3rd and caught him and passed him, buy the top of 3rd he was a car and a half behind, banged 4th and passed the crowd of people leaving the competition 3 cars behind. All in all it was a fun race, we both shook hands and called it a night. I asked him if he wanted to run again, but his response was maybe next time when I have enough

The combo under the hood of my BAD BOY Cobra is very simple...full length BBK headers, BBK high flow H-pipe, stock injectors with FMU, Vortech S trim 3.60 pully (8psi) , t-rex pump, SHM chip and 4.10 gears. Thats all it took to make that power

Very reliable and safe for pump gas.
