Supercharger guys with Big RWHP... Belt slippage issues??
Need some supercharger advice. I have a Procharger D-1SC that is supposed to be making 10 lbs of boost with the current pulley setup, but after dyno, they say it's only making 8 lbs and it's probably due to belt slippage. Has anyone making over 450 rwhp had any belt slippage issues with Procharger's? If so, how did you resolve the problems? Did you convert your 4.6 6-rib pulleys to 8-rib or someother means?
Thanks |

Sorry, no experience with Procharger blowers...but 16psi (570 rwhp) on a Vortech with zero belt slippage here.
Check your pulley alignment and make sure it's correct and check your tensioner pulley to make sure it isn't damaged. Also look at dropping to a slightly smaller belt.
