Just got a 94!

Just got a 94!

Ran against a Bulllit got him of the line throught 1st and 2nd kept a consistent car length lead and then he pulled ahead through 3rd and 4th, it seemed like he was on third for only a second or two, and it was about 1/8 mile strip

My question is, what should I do to the engine, I'm looking for best bang for the buck!

3:73 gears is step number one! Then I'd go for an Off road pipe and a nice set of mufflers to go with it!

Congratulations on your purchase, now join the club and go out and enjoy the car!

Congratulations on your new toy! March performance has a nice package deal that includes a ram air scoop and underdrive pulleys. Go to summitt.com and check it out....I have heard that it is worth about 30 hp as a kit. Enjoy the toy!

when i got my car it was like yours....it came with the pulleys. the pulleys by themselves are worth 15 hp....the ram air adds another 10 - 15 hp. i could really notice a difference in my car. unfortunately, my ram air from march did not come with a cover, but if it did, it looks to me like it would cut off the air supply when the cover was on. so far i have not had any problems with mine though. just my $.02 worth.

i agree totally with the gears! my car had the factory 3.08's in it, and when i switched to 3.73's, the difference was unreal. it really didn't decrease my gas mileage enough to worry about considering the gains.
