cobra wheel questions

Hi, Im new and have a question regarding the cobra wheel. I need to know if in fact this wheel has +24mm offset and what the backspacing is. It should be somewhere around 5 7/8". I need to know the exact measurement though. Pls help if you can as I really need this info. A link to a pic of the wheel is posted below.

The original cobra r wheels have a back spacing of 5.95. I've seen a lot of mustangs riding around with the wheels that you have a link to and thay fit perfect. Hope I helped you out some.
