disconnecting air bags?

i want to disconnect my air bags completely... but im thinking if i just unplug them that the car will go bozo... has anyone ever done this or how could i do this?

Disconnect the battery and unplug them. There is a air bag module under and near the front of the console. I did mine with no problems.

I read somewhere too that you may want to wait a few minutes after disconnecting the battery. Something about a built up charge the system keeps so that the airbags can still fire if the current is cut. I could be totally off here, but it wouldn't hurt to do it anyway.

lol... I got it this year when I got rid of my "GOTRICE" plate. I liked what I had, but it was as good as puttin "keyme" on the plate. besides, this one is more fitting of me
