Question about CMP

Well, it looks like we are going to make it to CMP and I have a few questions. Everyone I've talked to says that CMP is really hard on brakes. We plan on bringing 2 spare sets of pads plus what’s on the car. We will also be bringing a spare set of rotors and I'm wondering if this will be enough for CMP? Also how hard is the track on tires? We have a set of hoosiers on the car that have seen 1 day at Road Atlanta plus we will be bring a set of the new RS04's. I think that this should be enough but I would like some feedback from people who have driven there all ready.

Thanks

Thomas

That should be plenty, Thomas. I did a 3 day weekend there in the banana and went through a set of hoosiers that already had a full weekend on them, plus a set of pads and rotors. I think I actually went through a little less than one set of front pads in total and they were hawk blues, which seem to go away pretty fast.

I'm probably going to be running the new R3S04's on the Focus too. Should be fun!
