For those who run the stingers..are you happy with the sound and performance?? I'm looking to use the stock H pipe for now and want to make sure the performance is there for the 600 greenbacks I need to spend and make sure it isn't too loud for when the top is down and my two year old is in the back seat.

Do you know if you can just order Stinger mufflers? I'd like to get a little more noise but don't want to spend a bunch on and entire cat-back system. I like the sound of the Borla much better than stock.

I have the stinger cat back with the stock H-pipe, and a 9inch K&N. Dyno was 400.2 rwhp and 370.1 rwtq. Air to fuel ratio was off the chart pig rich by 4000 rpms. The sound is awesome. It isn't quiet, that's for sure, but it is very tame. It does drone at about 75-80mph, but not at all at slower speeds. I have gotten used to the sound, and personally want more. That's why I'm shopping for a midpipe to compliment it. I've had nothing but compliments from others on the sound of the car. Also, the tips look bada$$!! The fit,finish and overall quality is second to none. Spend the money, you won't be disappointed. I bought my stingers from a place called 21st century performance for about $540 shipped if memory serves me right. Also, check out www.ninosport.com I think they are in the $560 or so price range with free shipping.......... Found my receipt:
