Unhappy We lost a cobra tonight. :(

After leaving a friend's house, a few miles up the road, a jeep Cherokee pulled out in front of the mighty green 99. I "t-boned" it at about 35-40ish. The jeep rolled into a ditch, and Tarah and I were met with a few air bags. We are both okay, though Tarah (my girlfriend) has a pretty sore breast bone. We just got back from the hospital. In my "professional" opinion, the car is totaled. It's all tore to hell. The good thing is, is that we are all okay (even the occupants of the other vehicle), but there's now 1 less 99 cobra gracing the roads. Pics to come tomarrow.........

Thank you. Yeah, we are okay. Just a little sore. The new green one is a thing of the past unfortunately though.

I'm sorry to hear that Josh but the most important thing is your safety and the safety of others. There are many more Cobras out there to buy so keep us informed on what is going on??

Thank you guys very much for the support. I'll be heading to the police station today to get the police report, then I'll be heading out to see the car. I know it's going to be totaled, but I'm going to try to buy it back. The car was still running somehow even after the accident. But, the crossover tube for the coolant was ruptured IIRC. As promised........ the pics will be posted in a few hours.............

Josh:
So sorry to hear about your car, but very glad to hear you and your girlfriend are ok.
Didn't the Jeep see you coming??? Some people are asleep at the wheel. Hopefully THEIR insurance will buy you a new car.
