I guess you'll have to represent the club this year....I think a few others are going too, but I'll be working that saturday, then sunday I head up to watkins glen for a track event with the rochester shelby club....along with a few fellow SCMC 2000R members

Its an awesome show, and you'll have a great time....really hate too miss it, but work is very busy....oh well, next year....

Some people from the Northern Va Mustang Club are thinking of heading up on Friday evening and staying for Saturday and returning Saturday evening.

It would be nice to cruise up in a group.

Let me know what everyone is planning.

Cobracrazy

Hi...I am going up with Yellow Mustang Registry. We will be at the Amber Inn Friday night..and then parking together at Carlisle on Saturday.

I am also a member of NVMC. I hope to make it down to one of the meetings soon. If you come and see the big group of yellow mustangs parked together..I will be there!

All kidding aside....since this really is my first Carlisle, first real event does anyone have suggestions as to how to represent well? I just want to make sure I show our club is a serious but, fun club with alot of benefits...so those who have done this, Tony and all you others, let me know.

Perhaps I should get an SCMC T-Shirt ordered like quick?

Mike,

Bring some applications with you to hand out and you can bring the membership up that way.

I wish we could have had a booth set up but maybe next year?

Hope you all have a good time!

Tony, get this man a banner! and a shirt!

I'll see if I can find pics from last year....basically, all I did was set up a car tent and club banner behind my car and a table with pics from past club events (cruises, track events, drag events, car shows, etc) and had applications available to whoever passed by and asked questions....then, I went down the entire cobra section (nearly 50 cobras) and talked to those owners if they were around....and also left an application with each car....

Cool

I will print the applications off before I go. Perhaps print out some areas of the web such as vendors who work with us. Info on past cruises, shows, etc.
That should help.

As far as next year...I will be there so, consider me in right now! If we want to do a booth there next year consider me in right now...so all those who want for next year..we'll plan something beginning of '05?

For those who are going to Carlisle this year let me know...I would like to meet some of my fellow SCMC'ers!
