I just got a set of Chrome Wheels for my car. Normally I have waxed my stock wheels with a normal wax. I want to do the same to these but, wondered if anyone had any suggestions with Chrome Wheels and a particuliar wax they felt worked best.
Thanks!

Go to the AFS wheel web site. They have a section on caring for chrome wheels there on their site.

I checked...did not see it. I got my wheels from AFS. The paperwork just says wax them. Not with any particuliar brand. Just looking to see if anyone has had success with a particuliar brand before I go experimenting.

Definetly go with Eagle one's "Never Dull" metal polish. This is probably the best metal polish I have used. Nothing but an A1 shine. You can get it at walmart or any autoparts store.

no not at all. It is made for chrome wheels. It comes out in little swabs of cotton. You wipe all around the wheels and the formula in the swabs dries on the wheels. You just wipe it all off when it turns white. Very easy.

Not sure..and maybe it did not. Maybe that was already there and I never noticed it until I cleaned it good. Perhaps I scrubbed to hard?

Just be careful on chrome. Chrome scratches easily.
I use Good ol cheap turtle wax on chome. I won't not use anything with even the "Slightest" abraisive tendencies.

Yeah I have been very careful. I used Meguiars QD and a terry cloth towel to clean them up the other night. Still have to get the wax on them. Paste or liquid? Any preferences out there??
