CVMC Mustang and Ford Show-- Richmond, VA September 18, 2004

CVMC Show - September 18, 2004 - If you live in MD, DE, VA, then we are going to do an "SCMC get together" at the Central Virginia Mustang Club's show on September 18, 2004. Mike Kincaid will be the contact person to set up meets and coordinate everyone to caravan together. Mike's address is mkincaid@newwavetech.com.

The event will be capped at 200 cars and it would be nice to show a presence at this event so we can grow these three states. SCMC will be providing trophies for our members only that attend. Depending on the number, the trophies will either be two or three. (1 if we just have 5 members attending) Also, we are going to try and set up an "over night" stay so those of you that attend can go out to dinner together. Let the Mid-Atlantic Fun Begin!

Thanks for your time,

Tony Sorrentino

Cool

Okay...all you MD/VA/DE SCMC'ers we now have our own Regional Forum to discuss shows and stuff in the area! So, with that said..let's talk up our first meet that is to be at the CVMC Show in Richmond, VA on Sept 18th. I know of myself and Ryan that are in..along with Tony Hall who heads the CVMC..all SCMC members. Who else is coming??

Let me know and we can then discuss staying over night, where we can eat and when to go down to Richmond.

Any questions...let's post them through here or via the e-mail..

Hope to all of you on Sept 1t8th!!

Cool

Hotel Accomodations:

CVMC has arranged with the Holiday Inn which is located directly across the street from the show site for a discount. If you stay at the Holiday Inn just mention the CVMC 20th Annual Mustang & Ford Show and you will be able to have the rooms for $69.00 a night. Please check out their website at the following link. http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/1/en/hd/riccr

Registration:

It is recommended that you preregister by putting all of your entries into one envelope and mailing it all the entries and fees together so we can make sure you will be parked together. To get registrations go to our website by following this link http://www.centralvamustang.com/show/2004/regform/ . I understand that this may not be an option since SCMC members are spread over 3 States and the District so there is another option that might better suit your needs. That option is if you arrive together as a group on the day of the show you will be parked as a group.

Just some information...we would like to try to park all together so, we would need to register in advance all at one time or ride in together. Let me know what you all think.

Dude, you need a picture of your car for an avatar!

Skyline Drive (our part of Blue Ridge Pkwy) is an awesome drive in a Cobra!

I've done it several times!

I think a meet on the BRP for next year is a must do for the Carolina and Mid Atlantic Regions. Now, we need to decide where we want to eat at...

What part of the BRP are you thinking of doing. From NC to Waynesboro?

Not really sure right now, but I'm sure we'll think of a compromise somewhere...
