Need legroom
Just bought on Ebay a beautiful 1998 SVT Cobra 17,900 miles, black on black. Love this car, only trouble is I'm 6'4" tall and could really use another 2 to 4 inches of leg room. Looks like this is doable. Has anybody out there done this modification?

Call Interactive Systems Technologies and order a set of their seat track extenders. I have had a set in my Cobra for 3 years and have had no problems. They move the seat 4" back from oem 1-800-820-1082
Unless you are very skinny or want to replace your seat when it breaks, I would not do the mod that some website list that involves drilling new holes in the seat base. |

rail extenders
To tnturbo, that sounds like just what the doctor ordered. I'm calling them now. Many thanks.

Just to finalize, I installed the rails. The lower seat belt retractor (convertible) prevented the seat from full rear travel so I replaced the belt with a three point fixed belt (no retractors). Whole arrangement works great. I have more legroom than in my Cadillac.

How long did it take for you to get these? I just ordered some.
