Irp 2004

Hi guys --

hope your all doin' good !!

Flash and I conquered...

er....

drove on IRP this past Sunday ...

almost a year to the day.......

needless to say -
my fingers were glued to the steering wheel
(literally)

and following my session -- someone crashed against the tire wall you see in the picture below...

car rolled -- totalled...

fortunately, I believe the driver is o.k. but everyone was pretty shaken up about it.. I would imagine there are some similiar pictures floating around as I had with Flash on the wrecker last year...

what an eerie feeling...

I drove the track a number of years ago. I liked it better then Gingerman. it has a longer straight and faster turns. I does have one turn, the last one leading back on to the front straight that you don't wont to go into to Hot! There is no run off, only a stee guard rail. Other then that It's nearly as safe as Gingerman.
I found I learned the track faster then Gingerman.

Go, you will have a good time.

winddysvt:

You and Flash well at IRP ! (but relax your hands)

It's good to hear that you had fun - that's why we do this.....

You will like Putnam, trust me.

See you there.
